How to Use:
For Idli: Add water to the Idli premix and let it sit for an hour! Your Idli batter is ready to use.
For Dosa: Add water to the dosa premix and let it sit for an hour! Your Dosa batter is ready to use. You can have your dosas soft and fluffy or thin and crisp!

KANCHIPURAM IDLI
In a kadai, pour 2tbs coconut oil and temper ½ tsp cumin, 1 tsp pepper, pinch hing, 5 cashews, curry leaves. Pour it into 2 cups idli batter. Add ½ tsp ginger powder, salt to taste. Mix well. Take a slightly heated banana leaf, fold into a cup, coat with oil. Add the batter filling ¾ the cup. Steam for 20 mins. Enjoy with chutney and sambhar.
VEGETABLE DOSA UTTAPAM
Ingredients: 3 cups dosa batter, 1 chopped onion and tomato, 2 chopped green chillis, 2-3 tbs chopped coriander, Taru Desi Ghee.
Method: Mix the chopped vegetables in a bowl. Heat 1 tsp ghee on a pan, pour a ladle of dosa batter. Sprinkle the vegetable mix on it & pat on medium flame for 2 mins. Flip and let cook again for a minute. Serve with coconut chutney and sambhar.
Storage: Store in cool dry place in glass or steel jar preferably
